Crab-Bacon Pasta
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 package imitation crab meat, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced/pressed
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. parmesan
1/2 box farfalle (bowtie pasta), cooked
salt and pepper to taste
- Sauté bacon in large frypan; add butter.
- Once butter is melted, add flour and mix well.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
- Stir in crab meat, garlic and lemon juice; add parmesan.
- Simmer to thicken; add more milk if it gets too thick or lumpy.
- Serve over bowtie pasta.
