This is sort of an adaptation from my Salmon Meatloaf recipe.
BBQ Salmon Meatballs
1 can (14.75 oz.) salmon, drained & cleaned
2 eggs
2 handfuls of plain breadcrumbs (probably about 1/2 c. or a bit more)
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. parsley flakes
Mix well; scoop into balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350˚ for 15 minutes. Serve with BBQ sauce.
