Tomato Bisque with Crab & Rice
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's tomato bisque soup
1 soup can of milk
1 can (6 oz.) crab meat
1/2 c. cooked Minute Rice
Parmesan for garnish
- In large glass or microwave-safe bowl, whisk soup and milk until smooth.
- Drain crab meat and whisk into soup.
- Cook rice separately, then add to soup.
- Microwave on medium for 3 to 4 minutes, or until soup is hot.
- Serve with crackers and top with grated Parmesan cheese as garnish.
