I'm torturing myself right now because A) I have a chocolate-glazed chocolate tart in the oven as I type this, and it smells HEAVENLY; and, B) somewhere, I have a recipe for these little appetizer tarts with goat cheese and apricot jam, and I can't find it for the life of me. I've looked everywhere...well, okay, I've looked in a lot of places and I still cannot locate it. Damn it. Timer is going off...got to run...
