Chocolate-Banana Mondae

I'm not a big fan of ice cream...please don't disown me for saying that... I like the chocolate syrup, nuts and whipped cream, but I'm just not very often hungry for ice cream. So I invented the "mondae" which is like a sundae, but without the ice cream.

Chocolate-Banana Mondae

1 banana, sliced
Hershey's chocolate syrup
chopped pecans
Cool Whip

Put it in a bowl and eat it. I mean...what else am I supposed to tell you? If you need further instructions, then you probably should not be in the kitchen at all, anyway. And put that knife down before you hurt yourself!


*NOM, NOM, NOM*

You're a woman after my own heart...I too love the "toppings" without the base! It never occurred to me to serve up a split without the ice cream. You should market it for all those lactose intolerant folks out there. Because I've seen it I believe I need some! How do you stay so thin?

Staying thin? I lift a lot of heavy things over my head, many, many times in a row. Build muscle and you can eat more! YAY!

Baskin Robbins has (or used to have) chocolate-dipped frozen bananas. My favorite! This is the at-home version...once I dip a banana in chocolate, it never quite makes it to the freezer, for some reason.
