Whole Baked Sweet Potatoes

Yeah, I know you don't really need a recipe for this, but they turned out so good that I had to post the photo...

Whole Baked Sweet Potatoes

2 or 3 large sweet potatoes
baking pan
400˚ oven
kitchen timer or clock
  1. Heat oven to 400˚.
  2. Rinse potatoes and place in pan. Stab some steam holes—3 or 4 shallow cuts—in each 'tater.
  3. Put pan in oven.
  4. Set timer for 1 1/2 hours, or note time on kitchen clock.
  5. Wait.
  6. Remove from oven (careful, they are really hot!), cut and serve.
  7. Eat.
