Mushroom Tortelloni with Crab Marinara
1 jar marinara
1 can (6 oz.) crab meat, drained
2/3 c. milk
1 pkg. Barilla Porcini Mushroom Tortelloni
2 T. butter
Parmesan for topping
- Boil tortelloni according to package directions.
- In large saucepan, heat marinara sauce; add crab and milk. Whisk together; continue heating.
- Drain pasta; toss gently with butter to keep it from sticking together.
- Plate the pasta and top with crab marinara sauce and Parmesan.
