Just found this site with some wonderful recipes, so I thought I'd share.
I'm sorry I don't have time to elaborate, but I'm supposed to be working right now, so I have to get back to it. Things should ease up this weekend, and I hope to post some more recipes of the things I've been cooking...

I wonder if my recipe is on there somewhere...LOL I won 2nd place in the state of Kentucky in the Cattlemen's Beef Cookoff in like 1995 or 96...LOL
