
What should I do with my puff pastry?
It has been in the freezer for a few weeks, and although I had plenty of ideas and good intentions when I bought it, I forget now why it hopped into my cart.
Sure, I could look through my cookbooks and find a few recipe ideas, but I've done enough reading lately....
What do YOU think I should make with the puff pastry sheets?
...I'm waiting.....

I suggest wrapping it around fruit and cream cheese, danish style.
I have been pondering this question for a few days and am not very good at coming up with recipes. I was thinking maybe something with butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
