I love to cook. Ask anyone—that's what they'll tell you. I thought I'd take the opportunity to share new recipes as I test them, plus I'll list some favorites. Also, I intend to include miscellaneous writings, mostly for my own amusement.

Oddly enough, my cats aren't really interested in sunlight. They're the only ones I know who don't fight for it. So how big is Thumper? He looks pretty large...
He used to be about 13 pounds, prior to his dental issues, and he had lost some weight. He feels heavier again when I pick him up, though. The long hair makes him look much bigger, too.
