Smoked Salmon Spread

Here's a little hint: the "L" in salmon is silent. Please, please, remember this!

Smoked Salmon Spread


1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, cleaned
2 t. onion, chopped very fine
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
1 t. liquid smoke
1/2 t. prepared horseradish
  1. Beat cream cheese with a fork until it is smooth.
  2. Add salt, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke and horseradish; mix until well-blended.
  3. Stir in salmon; mix well.
  4. Serve with melba rounds or crackers of your choice.
