That's a grilled turkey sausage and some scalloped potatoes with my salmon fillet.
Grilled Salmon in Foil Packets
2 (4 oz.) salmon filets
salt
olive oil
optional: BBQ sauce
- Preheat grill to hot.
- Tear off two pieces of foil, large enough to enclose each filet.
- Spread a teaspoon or so of olive oil on the foil with a pastry brush.
- Salt the salmon filets on both sides and place each in the center of each piece of foil. Top with BBQ sauce, if desired.
- Close foil to seal everything in.
- Place packets on grill and turn heat down to low. Keep lid closed and allow salmon to cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Fish will flake easily when it is done.
