Shrimp Dip

Just in time for the weekend, here is a quick and easy recipe to serve with crackers for your family and/or your party.

Shrimp Dip

2 pkgs. (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened at room temp.
1/4 c. mayo
2 t. horseradish sauce
1 T. parsley flakes
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) cooked shrimp, chopped

serve with:

1 jar cocktail sauce
lemon wedges

With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth; add other ingredients and mix well. Serve on crackers with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
