Everybody's Favorite Cookies!

This is one of my never-fail cookie recipes. They are excruciatingly tasty and completely irresistible. Do not have these cookies around the house if you plan on dieting. The good news is that they never last very long!

Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies

2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 t. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  1. Heat oven to 375˚. Grease 9 x 13 baking pan.
  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  3. In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well.
  5. Gradually add in flour mixture; mix well.
  6. Stir in chips by hand.
  7. Spread into prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake at 375˚ for 30 minutes.

NOTE: These are the ones I made for the Super Bowl party...gone in a few hours...
