Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies
2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 t. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 375˚. Grease 9 x 13 baking pan.
- In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla and eggs; beat well.
- Gradually add in flour mixture; mix well.
- Stir in chips by hand.
- Spread into prepared baking pan.
- Bake at 375˚ for 30 minutes.
NOTE: These are the ones I made for the Super Bowl party...gone in a few hours...
